JOST  has taken over the company BE-TRANS in Geel.
Founded in 1998 by Bert Vranckx, the company is mainly specialised in the international transport of containers by road in "one way".

In addition to container and tautliners transport, BE-TRANS also offers logistical services: storage, transhipment, stuffing, unstuffing, fumigation and final distribution.

The company has 200 trucks and 350 semi-trailers for containers, tautliners and flatbed. Finally, the company offers its customers a long experience in the loading and unloading of containers and tankers.
JOST takes over the entire company (staff, vehicles, offices and warehouses).

The company, which will become part of the European logistics company, will continue to be managed by the current managers in whom the Group has full confidence.
Mr Jost emphasizes the value of the existing team members and their importance in the continuity and development of operations.

JOST capitalizes and enhances skills. With each acquisition, the kangaroo gains strength, flexibility and operational excellence!
The 2020 turnover was EUR 50 million.

In addition to its ISO 9001 and SQAS certification, BE-TRANS is increasing its environmental sustainability by using an eco-combi.

JOST's management is delighted with this acquisition, which reflects the European group's strategic decision to add even greater value to its container division.
